We offer our guest two separate houses, about 10 minutes apart by car, that can satisfy any of your needs. If you want peace and quiet, no traffic noise, beach right out of your door – then the Beach House is the one for you. If you want to be close to old town Trogir so you can get there in just 5-minute walk, go sightseeing or going to restaurants few minutes from your apartment, no parking in town center, no worries on how to get back to the apartment if you had a glass of wine too much – then the Town House is for you!
Our Story
Family Ćurić is in tourism business for over 3 decades, since early beginnings of tourism in Croatia. All personnel are family members, so anything you need, we are there for you. Over the years we have a lot of returning guests, which we value the most.
In the beginning we had one house for our guests. That house is very close to the center of the town, supermarket, and the closest beach is 5-minute walk from the apartments. That is ideal for people that prefer going to town every night and not worrying about transportation because you can get to the center of the town in 5 minutes on foot. House has a big parking yard for 6 cars and even more motorbikes. We also have a big grill, which all guests are welcome to use.
New beach house
Few years ago we started with new big project – building a second house right on the beach. You can literally run from door to sea. Sea is 10 meters from the house! House is a little further from Trogir center (around 10 minutes by car), but its advantages are peace and quiet like you’re no way near the civilization. It is ideal for people that want peaceful vacation with no traffic noise or for families with children, who can play in sea all day and you can watch them from the house.
Beach house has 3 apartments, each for 4 persons. 2 apartments are on the 1st floor (Type A), and 1 apartment is on the ground floor (Type B). Type B apartment is twice the size of Type A and has a big living room. There is a special discount for taking the entire house! Talk with your friends or family and you can have awesome vacation for 12 people at a discounted price.
Strategy, Mission, Vision
At 2022 Mia and Mario took over family business of vacation rental hosting. Since we love to travel, we used a lot of our travelling experience to make changes to our apartments to make it much better vacation experience for you!

At the end of 1970’s Franjka and Ante bought small “Town house” and in the next decade built 2 more floors on it and set it up for apartment rental, one of the first in Trogir.

And in 2000’s our family started new project of “Beach house” that was built from scratch. Purpose of that new house is to provide apartments for our guests right on the beach.
